Works with:
Low mood, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Frustrations, Stress and feeling overwhelmed, Relationship difficulties, Men’s mental health

The men who I work best with:
First time seeking support, Struggling to understand and verbalise how they are feeling/what they are thinking, Holding everything together on the outside but are breaking inside, Need someone to help them open up at first, Finding ways to get out of their heads

About me:
Hi, I’m Paige and I’m an accredited and qualified counsellor. Being an “integrative” counsellor means I am trained in different ways to best support you during our sessions. My goal is to create a space where you feel calm, grounded and able to open up without fear of judgement. I work in a straightforward, non-judgemental and empathetic way with the aim of finding the root cause of what is driving your low mood, stress or anxiety. Together, we can look at ways of moving you through what is happening and towards the future.
