Works with:
feeling stuck, constant pressure at work or in life, stress that won’t switch off, low mood or irritability, relationship struggles, anger you don’t understand, difficulty breaking unhelpful habits, addiction and vices, finding your place or purpose in life, difficulty assuming the responsibilities and direction of adulthood
The men who I work best with:
young men in their 20s and early 30s stepping into adult life, balancing work, relationships, and expectations, struggling to break unhelpful habits, feeling the weight of keeping everything together, unsure how to make changes that stick, carrying pressure, frustration, or self-doubt they don’t show
About me:
I specialise working with young men in their 20s and early 30s who aren’t used to talking about what’s really going on, but know things need to change. My approach is direct and practical: we focus on what’s actually causing you issues or difficulties, and find ways to deal with them in ways that work for real life.
I draw on CBT, trauma-informed, narrative, and person-centred methods, using whichever tools fit your situation. Sessions are straightforward, non-judgemental and at your pace – just arrive and be yourself. The aim is simple: to help you understand what’s happening, regain control, and stop it from weighing on your shoulders, relationships, and life.
