Many feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck under pressure, and some are neurodivergent or work in creative, high-demand environments. My approach is calm, non-judgmental, collaborative, and grounded. We explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your pace and focus on making sense of them so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
