Struggling day to day with anxiety or feeling lost from a past event. Feeling emotionally withdrawn or fearful of the future. Men who are not sure why they feel the way they do, but just know things don’t feel right. Men who feel scared, sad, alone or angry and just want help figuring things out.

About me:
I am a Person-centred Therapist and Mindfulness Coach. My journey into counselling and
mindfulness started due to a lived experience 10 years ago of severe anxiety, panic attacks and
agoraphobia. Since this time, I have helped a number of clients get to a point where they are able to
manage their stress more effectively, reduce anxiety, panic and reduce feelings of sadness.
Through our work together your needs will remain at the forefront of everything we do. I will offer
you a safe, confidential space to talk through whatever comes up for you throughout our session(s)
together. I will ensure you feel heard, accepted and understood.
