About me:
I work with men who feel pressured to pretend everything’s ok on the outside when on the inside it’s not. Men who find it difficult talking about feelings as they’ve been taught to suppress them. My approach is not to fix you, it’s to create a respectful, collaborative, purposeful space where you feel understood. Moving at your pace we can understand the patterns that keep occurring and impacting your life and relationships. Understanding them creates more choice on how to respond, improves communication and helps find ways to move forward.
