Lauren Reading-Gloversmith

Works with:
Anxiety, burnout & overwhelm, low mood, identity & self-esteem, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism), creative industry pressures, relationship difficulties, men’s mental health

The men who I work best with:
Feel worn down by constant pressure, struggle with overwhelm or emotional intensity, feel “different” or misunderstood, work in creative, entertainment, or high-demand environments, want support to feel more grounded, understood, and empowered

About me:
I work with men who are ready for change and want to understand what is really going on for them. Many feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck under pressure, and some are neurodivergent or work in creative, high-demand environments. My approach is calm, non-judgmental, collaborative, and grounded. We explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your pace and focus on making sense of them so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
