About me:
I am trained in multiple therapeutic approaches and registered with the BACP. I work in a world-renowned rehabilitation hospital, supporting patients from all walks of life (many of whom are male) with their mental health and difficulties in their lives. In my experience, most men are used to handling things on their own—until something stops working. Often men believe they must be strong, not seek help and deal with the issues of life themselves. It can be very difficult to accept that we’re struggling to deal with the challenges in our lives. Therapy can be a chance to pause, take stock, and get a clearer handle on what’s happening. I offer a straightforward, confidential space to talk things through and find better ways forward. If you’re dealing with stress, anger, relationship strain, substance use, low mood or feeling off your game, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I provide a space to talk things through honestly, cut through the noise, and work out the next steps that make sense for you. No labels, no lectures just real conversation, useful tools and a space to work out what is right for you
